Research Experience Summer Program (RESP)

Get Into Top Universities: RESP helps you stand out. It is very rare for high schooler to publish research papers. Only less than 2% high school student are doing internship.

Establish Research Foundations: RESP, led by esteemed professors/ researchers, ignites curiosity and provides talented students with vital frameworks and skills for future academic research.

Tackle Real Industry Problems: RESP exposes students to real industry challenges, inspiring creativity and providing valuable work experience in critical thinking and teamwork.

Research is Vital in the AGI era: High schoolers must go beyond software engineering as ChatGPT replaces most jobs. They must develop AGI through research experience.

How It Works

Training(50 Hours): Practical AI/ML course, Weekly Classes (1 Lecture + 1 Training / Research), Gaming-like practices & homeworks (25 hours), Explore Dasion's various AI Projects

Projects(200 Hours):Industry Problems, Start with Ongoing Research, Collect/Process Data, run existing code, Create new algorithms, Write report and Present results

Teamwork(50 Hours): Team with Top College /Graduate Students, Team lead opportunities to develop leadership, Hands-on Workshop with Coach, Write a paper

Program Results

Experience: Gain unique research experience in abstract thinking and background knowledge, distinguishing yourself among college applicants as you explore domains vital for research and for the development of AGI.

Research Paper*: Publish a paper by adding creativity to initiate a path beyond traditional software engineering, potentially beginning independent research next season.

Receive recommendation letters from renowned professors by demonstrating a profound ability to understand cause and effect and applying common sense in data-to-decision-making processes.

*Specific prerequisites are necessary for publishing a research paper, and further efforts might be needed post-summer program.
